Let us know how much is in the supplement. I just checked Syntrax Nectar strawberry and there is 2.4 grams per 100 grams of protein.

I'm still thinking about trying the collagen based protein bullets as well. I'll keep you posted on that. When I first met Vitalady she was around 60 without a wrinkle in sight. So, between the arginine in all those shakes she drinks and the collagen protein bullets, she was doing something right. :)

What he has is L-Arginine. I don't know if it is the same thing. it's 1000mg / tablet.

Apparently it's the same, www.webmd.com/heart/arginine-heart-benefits-and-side-effects . So you'd need 2.5 of those supplements to = what you'd get in 100 grams of protein shake.
