Another Monday!! I'm excited about starting a new week! I'm better prepared this week as far as packing my lunch. I made salmon cakes and Mug cheesecake and they turned out delish! That will probably be my lunch for most of the week. I don't mind boring! I'm much better without a lot of choices.
I have 3 hours of steady work so catch you all later!

I made a great broccali salad while I was camping with leftover slightly cooked broccali from the garden, feta and a little low fat mayo, salt and pepper. Yum. Going to do it again for supper with a steak.

I do a lot better if I cook on the weekend for the next week instead of each day trying to figure out what to bring for lunch. I bought some sausage to do some more pizza chips, but DH just told me he cooked it and ate it!!
