WTF??? Not sure what is going on. Maybe my scale is off? I have worked out a bit this week but not enough to lose over 2 lbs. Eating is the same. Am I the only person who complains about losing weight? Not really complaining I just want to stay stable for a while, get a pattern of eating I can live with and not worry about it for a while.
The headaches are back and worse then before. They were getting tolerable for a while. I don't know if it's because I went back to the gym. It seems that is when they started, when I first started working out. Back to the pain doctor next week, hoping for a nerve block.

And yeap. but then again, you got REALLY low and I know you feel better in the 103-105 range.

still happy :) lost 5lbs 2weeks ago and now its at a trickle. i just glad i havn't had jump back lol i think my body likes to drop fast then trickle... drop fast then trickle... its weird but i really don't care as long as it loses hahaha
mini goal of getting to 180 by early july.... we will see if i can drop 7lbs... it will be a push
