Just a good morning! Although I do have a question. I have noticed, since I have decided to have this surgery, I have become quite moody. Not sad just plain b****y! Has anyone had this or remember going through it? Or am I just being a b***h? I'm irritable too. Any way not a good time to be a nag. We're having a Hay Wagon/ Branding party today. Lots of company , food, horse rides, branding castratrating etc. going on and I have to put on a smiley face and cater. ugh maybe it's because I don't want people to see me this big, since their all skinny "cowfolk". Well not normal for me to be a nag. Have a super weekend everyone!

I wasn't so bad pre-op but Lord Love a Duck, I got horrid afterwards...fat stores hormones and losing causes a hormone dump on your system.

And having TWO of us going thru wls at almost the same time made it even worse (my dh is 5 weeks ahead of me and yes, men do the same thing...hormones dump on them too).

It's totally normal, esp after surgery.

Yeah, I remember. I think it's impatience to get on with it. You know the solution and you're ready...beyond ready...like let's-do-it-already ready! Hang in there and try to have fun today.

I was the same way - I kept having second, third, and fourth thoughts about it.  When I got into the OR, I said to myself - there's no going back now!  And it was the right decision to have the surgery.

Enjoy the hay wagon and branding party.  You'll be a skinny cow folk next year!

I'm super B*****.  I feel so bad for my husband.  I know he doesn't feel like he can do anything right.  I guess it is just anxiety about getting this done.  I dunno, But I feel it tooooooo so it isn't just you!

Thanks , I'll share that with my boyfriend . He's very forgiving and understanding . I'd just like him to know it's " normal".

I know I was a grump.  I was on Optifast, 5 shakes a day and one food meal for 4 week.  That is enough to make you grumpy with nothing else going on.
