Breakfast: 1 cup skim Lactaid with 1 scoop Isopure, 1 oz homemade 12 grain bread - 34 P, 245 cal
AM Snack: 2 oz deli corned beef, 1 slice sargento red fat swiss cheese 20 P, 150 cal
Lunch: 2 oz deli corned beef, 1 slice Sargento red fat swiss cheese 20 P, 150 cal
Afternoon Snack 1: 1 piece gingerbread (got to get rid of that - good thing it's almost gone) 220 EMPTY calories
Afternoon Snack 2: 3/4 c wheat chex (dry) 5 P, 160 cal
Dinner: Beef Stew - 2 oz stew beef, 1/4 c carrots and mushrooms and some olive oil - 12 P, 153 Cal
No snack tonight - have a stomach ache (so what else is new?)
No exercise - I limit exercise to max of 4x per wee****il my weight stabilizes.
