WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Good Morning!!!   I don't like when I wake up in the morning and the M&M post from yesterday is still at the top...where's all of my LW's?????

I'm guessing your trip to the Farmer's Market was successful since you are having brisket today.

HI Roz & everyone!

Finally have some time to post something! Took first part of midterm this past week, think it was OK, have second midterm this coming week. Also broke the 130# barrier was at 129.8# this past week.

My husband does race photography, so we are at a small dirt track every Saturday. So a lot is kinda up in the air. All I really know for meals is my breakfast for sure, but here's my plan:

Breakfast: Protein Shake: 31 gm protein
Lunch: strawberries, blueberries, yogurt and granola
Dinner: ham sandwich on low carb bread, with tomato, lettuce and mayo
Snack: Protein Shake? 23 gm protein
Snack: pepperoni, fruit or veggies

Will need to keep well hydrated as is going to be hot and humid!

Have a great day & weekend!!!

We used to spend a lot of time at race tracks when we were younger.  My brother raced his jeep and my DH raced motorcross.  It was alot of fun.

Sounds like you have a good plan!

Hi Roz - yes I noticed the postings have gone down - but its summer and people are busy...  then there's us old folks that don't have anything interesting to say anymore - lol... all the NSV's are done and over.. and we just keep plugging along!

I really don't know what I'll be eating today.  Coffee right now - should find some protein and put in it.

Hope you have a good day!
