I picked out an 8oz fillet from the meat cabinet and had it cooked medium rare---oh, so good but I could only eat about half and brought the rest home like a good little LW.

I should picked a steak at Applebees last night but I got a sandwich.  No regrets...it was delicious and I got a to go container too.

Hi everyone.  No grand daughter tonight, just taking it easy.  Head and neck have been hurting worse lately.
B protein coffee, Greek yogurt with sf pudding mix, sf Cool Whip
L Merrikesh chicken, Nut Thins, cream cheese
D taco casserole, tostada, sour cream
S sf fudgecicle, sf popcicle, sf Werther's hard candy, sf vanilla caramel egg custard w/sf Cool Whip
Boy I eat a lot, or at least often.

I'm still hoping to get to the community center.  I started out earlier and couldn't find my MP3 player so I had to dig up an old one and put my music on it.  I think I was just looking for an excuse not to go.

Thanks Roz.  I feel like I am always either eating or drinking something.  I always have something going into my mouth.  It must help because I haven't had any problems with low blood sugar for a while.  The only thing that is kind of iffy to me is the candy.  I started them a few months ago to help with the urges to smoke.  The sugar alcohols don't bother me anymore.  I think I just got used to them, and it's only about 100 calories, it just feels weird to have candy every day.  I've told myself that as long as I don't go over one package it's okay.

Got the billing done then RODE Poppy. My first ride since my new knee. It felt great to be riding again but I have some saddle adjustments so we will both be comfortable. HooWoo.

Went to get groceries in my grubby clothes and someone called to tell me I was late for a meeting that I had totally forgotten about. Opps. So I went grubby and apologied for not being presentable. I know not to leave the house like that but oh well. Came home and made pizza chips for the weekend and packed the trailer. Need to leave early, like 7 in the morning. Yawn.
