Hi Roz,
I'm so glad it is Friday!!  We get off at 4pm on Fridays so I only have 45 minutes left!!
Going to pick up DGD#1 this afternoon for her to spend the night tonight and maybe tomorrow night.  DS & DIL are putting up veggies this weekend depends on whether they finish or not tomorrow afternoon.

None of my grandkids ever stay over unless you count Houston and Phoenix who live there...LOL.  I'm hoping once they move out and we have extra room the girls might come and stay once in awhile.   Enjoy!

TGIF EVERYBODY!  This coming Tuesday marks my offical 3 month mark out of RNY and I had a personal goal of losing 40 lbs. I am at 39 so its just one more pound!  I know its not a record breaker but for me, I'll take it - hopefully.  I have to thank you all for your advice about increasing my water intake and protein intake.  I have already lost 2 lbs this week ( its not even a full week yet) which I have never done so could this really be the ticket??  I hope so!  Now I am in love with the Syntrax so getting the protein in is much easier!  Can I count the shakes as my water intake too??  I hope so!

D - haven't had it yet but going to try steak and arugala salad.

So glad you found a Protein that you like! Getting in your Protein will definetely help with the scales.

When I was 9 months out I was at my personal goal of 125 and thought I was low enough so I increased my Protein drinks thinking I would stabilize and I lost 10 pounds in 2 months. I didn't lose that much at one time during the first 9 months.

I count my Protein Drinks as part of my liquids.

Meatballs went down so easy early out. I used to go to Subway and buy them in a cup instead of a sub.
