WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!
YEAH for Friday!! Sorry I'm late posting (Gina)! I was working on a project that was impossible to take a break from and then get back on track.
Scales were back up to 119 this morning. If they are there tomorrow then I will change my profile weight....still

Dinner: 1/2 Grilled Sandwich at Applebees....Not even 1 french fry!

This last week hase been a little crazy with my weight, and I am going to only weigh on Wednesdays from now on. I have been gaining & losing the same 1.5 lbs. for a little over the last week, and it is making me sad. I am due for TOM a week from today, and hoping that is why my weight has been goofy, it is just the first time since surgery that I have been up so much. Or maybe because I am getting closer to my goal? Who knows.

I figure I would start putting in what I eat here if you can give me any suggestions:
Protein Drink ; Click & Double stuffed cookie - 32 g.
Lunch - BK- double cheese burger & cauliflower (no bun, no ketchup) -23g
Protein Drink - Chike Protein Coffee -20g.
Dinner - Chicken Chili Lime burger & Strawberries - 20g.
762 Calories
95g Protein
B - a fiber one bar (it DOESN't make me poo either)
S - a double fuzzy navel protein drink
S - a Protein to Go drink (like a small shot of protein - chocolate - its ok - 28g protein)
L - a stromboli. Ate part of it then dug out the middle of the rest of it
D - IDK - going out tonight. Could be anything - or nothing.
Vits: not today...yet anyway
Water: doing ok
Miles: treadmill - legs/butt sore today - I did something different obviously...
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I have a terrible time making choices when we eat out. Can you look at the menu ahead of time so you don't have to decide on the spot? That's when I really get in trouble.

Did o****il I needed to put together something for DH to take to some friends. I'll try to hold together the rest of the day.
Breakfast - 1 scoop Isopure + 1 cup skim Lactaid: 33 P, 195 cal
AM Snack: 1 scoop Isopure + 1 cup skim Lactaid: 33P, 195 cal
Lunch: 2 oz deli corned beef, 1 slice Sargento red fat swiss cheese, 1 very thin slice bread, 4 strawberries
Afternoon MISTAKE: 4 TB Nestle butterscotch chips 280 EMPTY calories (too bad I don't dump!)
Dinner: 1/3 c chili, 1/4 c shredded cheese, spinach, tomato and salsa, 3/4 oz baked Doritos
PM Snack: 1 piece Gingerbread :-(
Exercise: 50 min elliptical (600 cal) & 35 min lift weights & 2 mile walk (DH needed exercise!!)
Vitamins All multi, Rx drugs, Calcium, Omega 3 done (my multi has enough D3 to keep D3 levels high) .
Totals:
Protein: 103 as of lunch (will update at end of day)
Calories 1350 (note the two snacks of useless carbs amounted to 37% of the day's calories - an eye-opener!)
