My personal goal was 125 but now that I've seen the teens I don't want to go back! 

The pool will be good for it. Not as much strain exercising it.

Good Menu!  I'm definitely going to make some salmon patties this week.

Hi Roz,
I was late for work today and then had to travel to another county for work.  We picked out tile for our bathroom that we are going to have redone.  It hasn't been updated since the house was built in 1976.  The bathrooms are about the only thing we have not updated.  The guy doing it said it will probably be August unless he has a cancellation so we went ahead and got everything just in case someone else cancels.  I can't wait until it is finished.

Good for you getting back to 118.  It does seem easier to get right back on track.  My mind has been food crazy for the last couple of days so it has been hard keep on course, but I'm trying hard.

Hey Roz!  Congrats on the 118!  Gina was saying something about the cost of whey isolate going WAY up.  When we were at Vitamin Shoppe I think it was $53.00 for a tub... OUCH!

B - a Fiber one bar (thought I'd try them)
S - a Detour bar (ok - got hungry, was hoping the Fiber One bar would hold me)
L - rest of my Mahi-Mahi and cauliflower mashed (not much mashed left)
S - 2 pieces of hard candy
D - Some leftover chicken stew.  Some bourbon chicken stuff.  I can't eat too much of it - too sweet and I'm afraid I'll have a sugar reaction.

I slept through the alarm but when I called to let work know they asked is I wanted to be placed on call due to low census.....sooooo I got a day off! I went to CVS and Walgreens and got some great deals with my coupons Does anyone else coupon? I recently got into it and am not very good at it yet.

 Hi everyone,
My syntrax sample packets arrived in the mail today!  Roadside lemonade is so yummy!  Glad I finally found something I like.  

B: 2 cheese sticks - 18 g p
L: taco casserole- 25 g p
D: chicken cacciatore - 25 gp
S: roadside lemonade- 23 g p
S: 10 cashews - 7 g p 


I have a question.  It's almost 9pm.  I'm totally full...not hungry.  Should I try and have another protein shake to up my protein or is this ok where I am?
