WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!
I so desperately wanted today to be Friday that I put jean capris on this morning. Just as I was walking out the door I thought crap it's Thursday and had to go and change.
I'm at 118 again this morning!! During my losing stage I never claimed the number on the scale unless I hit it 2 days in a row so I'm claiming this!! I know 2 pounds loss isn't that big of a deal and how easily it can reappear...it was that 120 on the scale that got to me. I don't care if I'm at 119.8 I just don't want to be 120....although 115 would look even better.

I figured with the tax I might be a little over but it depends if I have time to get to the store It is about 35 minutes away. The price of gas is a bummer too which just adds to it.

I've been putting cherry and grape in the fuzzy navel because I can't drink it plain but they aren't helping at all. Last night I had to dump it out. What a waste. I use to love South Beach Mango but I can't find it anywhere. I will have to look for something that is more orange or peach tasting to put in it.
