Having a tough day today.  It's one year since my mother passed away.  I was thinking about it last night and I just wanted everything to go away.  So much financial stress, no job, feeling like ****  I feel like I can't take any more :(
Of course I want to eat.  I want to smoke but I barely have money for food.  In fact, I don't.  I got paid 6 days ago and I am over $100 short on paying the bills and that doesn't include food and gas.  I guess I am hitting a food bank.  I just hope there are some things I can eat.  I do have a lot in the freezer so I should be ok for a while but my daughter is so damn picky.  I guess she'll have to live with whatever we get.  I hope I get a job soon.

B protein coffee, greek yogurt with sf pudding mix and sf Cool Whip
L magic meatballs, Nut Thins, cream cheese
D taco casserole, tostada, sour cream
S sf fudgecicle, sf Popsicle, sf vanilla caramel custard (not all at the same time of course).  I may allow for some popcorn later if I still feel like I want to eat.

Miles I am going to the community center in a little bit.  Going to aim for at least 30 minutes, if I can do longer great.  I have to commit to exercising because my doctors insist that it will help me physically and emotionally.  I doubt it and it's hard to even get the energy to go but I am doing it.

(((HUGS))) Tazz!!   I know it's hard when you can't find work.  The food banks around here are great.  The people who usually work them really want to help.  I think the only bad thing is they give out a lot of carbs and canned goods because they hold up the longest.

Yeah, that is what I was thinking.  I just realized that I am short on protein.  I ran out of my whey isolate and I've been using Body Fortress because that is the cheapest, and only having one a day.  Maybe that is why I feel so bad.  I'm just so broke I was hoping to get enough protein from my food but I don't think it's working.  I'm going to add at least one more in.
