Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Over the hump day! I actually feel like I'm going over the carb hump and I have a little control! Scales were down to 118 this morning...YEAH!! I thought for sure after 2 days at 119 the scale would head back up to 120 this morning.

6th grade graduation last night for oldest DGD and they had a ton of cookies, cupcakes, and candy...I did GREAT!!! Did I want a cupcake...of course but I knew I would have to be honest and post it this morning...THANK YOU FOR BEING MY SUPPORT TEAM!!!!!

Way to go Roz!!!  That's great on the 118.

I really need to buckle down today and get a lot of work done.  It is getting close to the end of our fiscal year!!

I remember those days.  Our fiscal year ended in January at the jewelry store.  We were so busy at Christmas that was probably the worse time ever trying to get everything done to end the year.  My DD audits Not For Profit.  I think she does our local library.

I see you got your chips made.  I forgot to grab a couple out of the freezer this morning.

Hang in there Mandy.  Yesterday, I had a feeding frenzy with ice cream and brownies.  Today I seem to be back on track.  Just take a deep breath, regain control and you'll do fine!

I'm glad you used the word today!  So many say "I will get back on track tomorrow" and then finish the day off with a bang.

M&M's aren't the worse thing uou could have so don't be so hard on yourself.

Enjoy your get together at church.  Remember it's the people that make a fun time not the food.

I'm glad I came to the boards.  Your post reminded me I forgot to take something out of the freezer for dinner tonight.  I will do that ASAP.  I don't have a clue what I will fix....so far:

I'm not sure what we are going to have.  Our cupboards are pretty bare today and I don't have time to go to the grocery store.

Grilled chicken sounds like a good idea.

Hi Roz!!! need to stop for protein tonight but am working over to cover for a friend. She had to be taken to the e/r w heart attack symptoms. Woke up in a drenching sweat, dizzy, vomitting. Took baby aspirin and it came back up and still drove in to work. Scarey for sure! She couldn't walk down the hall without holding the walls.
