Menus and Miles Tues, June 5th
I used to love salmon patties. I need to start preparing things like that ahead of time. We always mixed ours with oatmeal and egg (that's how we do meatloaf too). The site that Jody referred us to for recipes said to grind oatmeal up to make it like flour to bake and cook with. I'm going to have to give that a try.

luckily, donuts don't ring my chimes. I would have been ok but boy am I ready to have this cake out of here. And I don't even particularly like cake.

totals without lord knows how much the cake adds.

certainly over my calorie goal. Must be the fat from the nuts and pesto and dressing for the salad because the other numbers are ok.

i use about 1/2c of warm water and mix with a spoon in 1.5 scoops of protein powder. I like chocolate, vanilla, mint cookie, almost anything you think you would like in coffee. Mix well and use it as creamer in 2 large cups of coffee. My coffee maker makes 5 cups and that is what I make and use it in. Sometimes I add some SF syurp also, like vanilla protein and cinnamon vanilla syurp. Great way to start getting your protein in early.
