Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

 Oh yes!  I thought I shared that somewhere - she's about 4 months pregnant again and had her ultrasound today - its another girl!!!

Had a rough night...DS and I were up vomiting most of the night....thank God we are feeling better now

Update-now hubby has the crud :(

and I had some cheetos....one of my weaknesses, I WILL do better tomorrow !!!!!!!!!

I still haven't made the protein chips - maybe tonight!  I fixed salmon patties this weekend so that's my meal so far this week.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee w/ Sugar Free Toasted Marshmallow Syrup & Lite Cool Whip
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Salmon Patty, Reduced Sugar Ketchup, Lite Mayo, Black Eye Peas

D:  Pizza Chips
S:  Vanilla Bean Protein Drink w/ strawberries & Fat Free Whip Cream

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  120 ozs.
Miles: Rained so no run - I did a Denise Austin Dance DVD

Do you buy the Salmon Patties made up or do you make them?  If you make them what do you use?

I make them.  I use a drained can of salmon, mix in an egg(or egg beaters), put just a little flour to hold it together and I chop up an onion in ours just because we love onions.  I spray my pan with pam and cook them on the stove.

Now, I used to put a lot of flour and put oil in the pan and deep fry them--LOL.

Honestly, can't tell much difference in the taste.
