Happy Tuesday! Scales holding steady at 119...YEAH! Took DGD#2 to Dunkin Donuts this morning (her choice) and not even a single temptation!

Went to the grocery store during lunch and picked me up some protein bars. I haven't been eating in the morning and find I'm STARVING half way through the morning, especially when I just drink coffee. I'm going to eat one right after working out each morning. I found when I did that today - I didn't have the hunger pangs. Bought the smaller ones. I find if I buy big ones - I will eat the whole thing.
Also - I didn't take a Prevacid today and my tummy is better and I didn't have that hungry feeling. I was contributing that towards having the Atkins bar - so we'll see.
B - Atkins protiein bar and coffee
L - Nigiri Sushi (got the BIG one today, says it's 370 calories.. yikes! Usually I get the 250 calorie tuna roll, but wanted a change)
D - going out with Gina.
Miles: treadmill - 1/2 hour 1.78 miles.
Water: low.. gotta get working on it.
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
