I'm on track - and thanks for the post, I need to take the next batch in 20 minutes! Labs still good (by our standards... not normy standards!).

Skated this morning, first time on the ice in 3 weeks (scheduling issues), forgot a bunch of footwork, but didn't lose the skills I had, so that's good. Lesson with the coach on Thursday, and we'll see if I can remember the footwork by then!

I'm on track with mine.  Just had to order some more iron and calcium chews.

I love the raspberry and carmel calcium chews, but I have noticed that when I do the carmel, it really wakes up my sweet tooth.  I think I'm going to have to drop them off and just use the raspberry.  I still have a couple of bags to finish, but go through them pretty quickly at 6 a day!!

I'm having my 3 years labs done on June 18th when DD, DGD#2 and I go to visit my parents for several days.  That way when I go for my 3 year appointment in August we will have everything there to discuss.  Hard to believe it has almost been 3 years since my life changed!!

Hope everyone has a great day today.

I have them sitting here in front of me.  Need to get somethig to drink - and down they go!

I'm doing quite well now with taking them.  Think I forgot them just 1 day last weekend - getting in my groove remembering them during the week.

I've now started exercising at work in the morning and will start using my "pods" again so I can just grab-n-go.

I'm on track.  Upped my iron at 6 months, and by 9 months the ferritin was higher.  Protein was better at 9 months.  D3, B12 all excellent at 6 & 9 months.

Need to start taking PPI 30 min before I eat, as I'm getting reflux symptoms again (as I write this....)  I'm on another one (3rd one to try), as they don't seem to be as effective as they were before surgery.

I'm a little behind in my schedule today, due to the HIPA scan I had this morning.

Have you tried Protonix - I find that one stronger than the others.  I was on Nexium 2 times per day but then all of a sudden my insurance wouldnt pay for it 2 times per day, so my gastroenterologist switched me to Protonix  40mg and it works so much better.  All of  a sudden I could eat tomato products without throwing up and I could also eat citrus fruits a few times per week without terrible stomach aches.

The biggest thing is when I drink my chocolate protein drinks, I dont taste them for the next 2 -3 hours - chocolate is my friend again.

so, you might ask for protonix if you havent tried it yet and you might also ask to take a PPI 2 times per day - either before breakfast and dinner or I take it in the morning and before I go to bed.  I dont necessarily take before meals, I just space out 12 hours apart and they work great.

On track with Multi's and B12, have a hard time getting all 2gm of calcium in daily and I need to start D3, I just haven't gotten around to ordering it yet.  Labs showed D3 was too low.  I will go and order it now.  Thanks for the reminder !!
