Hi Roz,
I forgot about the pizza chips again.  I bought most of the stuff to make them Friday and then forgot.  Maybe I can do it tonight.  It looks like rain here - so my run/walk might be out today unless I go to a gym somewhere!!

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee w/ SF German Chocolate Cake Syrup & Fat Free Whip Cream
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Insides of Burrito & Taco - went to lunch with DD, about 4 chips w/ salsa
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
Pre-Run: 1/2 Graham Cracker w/ reduced fat peanut butter
Post Run:  Banana
D:  Salmon Patty, Reduced Sugar Ketchup, Lite Mayo & Black Eye Peas
S:  Chocolate Truffle Protein Drink

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  140 ozs.
Miles:  3 mile run

I put my Pizza Chips in the freezer and only take 2 out a day and they seem to last forever. 

I have trouble wanting to eat the whole bag of nuts when I open them so a friend told me she measures out 1/4 cups and puts them in the freezer.  They don't even need thawed...just grab and eat.  It's funny because since I don't have the whole bag in front of me I'm completely satisfied just eating the 1/4 cup full.

Your coffee sounds delish!  I wish I liked coffee for something different to drink.

Just checking in , Good morning to all. My last day off before I start my summer job at the hopsital. Hopefully it will make the time go by faster to my surgery date. Hope you all have a good day and the munchies stay away.

Hi Roz!!! I thought about food v protein supplement Posts lately and I just cannot eat in the morning. I feel off all day and I really don't care if it ever changes. I hv been buying one tub of protein at a time and need to get at least 2 so I don't feel like I'm shopping for it all the time! Storage is an issue for me.

I don't eat breakfast either.  I always have 1 1/2 scoops of Protein in the morning,  Usually that's when I do my Chocolate Mint Cookie. 

I buy mine 6 months at a time but I don't have to worry abourt storage.  I bought canisters for my open ones.  There is a picture on my Profile pictures.  The bigger canister holds one whole container and when you stack them on top of each other they are about the size of a tub only they look nice.

Yum those figs sound good!  Good Menu!

Do you have trouble over eating peanuts?  I do!  I started measuring out 1/4 cups and putting them in the freezer.  You don't even need to thaw them when you take them out.
