Hope he hid the reese's.  That would do me in for sure.

I did buy some chocolate / peanutbutter protein at Wally world the other day and it isn't as good as I remembered.  But I'll sure it somehow.

I was going through  my "protein" cupboard today and found some cinnamon Dessert protein - a little higher in calories and carbs, but very good.  I love cinnamon - and maybe I'll start using that in my coffee.  I also have it in Banana.... I have to use up what I've got before I'll allow myself to buy more - I just have to start drinking it again!  I also have this huge tub of unflavored I really don't see me using... we'll see...

I've tried a chocolate/peanut butter before and was disappointed with the PB part.. tasted a little weak to me.  It seems even when I add regular PB to a shake, something happens to it where it perhaps breaks down - doesn't taste the same.

I like vanilla protein and cinnamon vanilla SF syurp in my coffee too.

Never tried any banana because I am not really fond of them but there is banana in the caribean cooler and that is good.  I put a tube of mango peach crystal light in and it is wonderful.

I have unflavored too and haven't used it much at all.  Let me know if you find a good use for it.  I would think adding it to real food to up the protein but I'm getting around 150 a day so I don't think I need anymore in real food.

That's great Gina! keep up the good choices!

I was ripping my kitchen apart yesterday for something looking to eat that wasn't carbs. I need to get groceries before next weekend if I want the scales to keep going down.

Good Menu!

Keep doing the protein and your scale will make you again!!!

The same number I had today would have made me happy a few weeks ago beause It was in range but I'm not happy with it today since it's been the bottom number of my range and probably tomorrow it will go up again.  Does that make sense....LOL?

I just don't know why they are called Pizza Chips?  The are just meat and cheese.  I've been freezing them and then taking 2 out every morning to pack in my lunch.

Good Menu!
