Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

A new week!   Scales were down this morning but more importantly so  is a lot of the puffiness in my tummy.  "BAD" Carbs can do more than make the scales go up! 

Success during Maintenance starts with good choice during the Honeymoon Period!

Lunch:   2  Baked Chicken legs
Protein:  Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g 
Snack:   2 Pizza Chips
Dinner:   Not Sure yet...DH has a ballgame

Snack:   100 Calorie Popcorn  (Always list this but don't always have)

 Hi Roz! OMG - The munchies are chasing me!  I took a Prevacid for the first time in a long time.  Last time I also developed the "munchies"... wonder if it has anything to do with it?

One of my guys who works for me said he was going to Costcos Friday night and I placed an order for some coffee creamer - he said they didn't have it - BUT he came in with this 10 lb bag of individual pieces of candy bars - Reeses, etc.  I shrieked and said "oh no "  He said "I'll keep it in my cube if you want".  I didn't want to seem ungrateful - but I can't have that sitting here!  

B - 1 protein coffee - mixed it with the Mint Cookies powder - hmm - not so good.  I thought it would taste like my chocolate with  mint SF syrup..

S - a lemonade protein drink.  Gina and I found these individual packages at Vitamin Shoppe - 10 g of protein and 50 calories. It was ok.  Not a lot of protein - would have liked it to have more for the calories.  BUT - it was better than running to McDonalds like I was thinking of..

S - My lunch... yes - its a snack...

L - sushi...

D - Lord only knows!'

Water:  working on it - I really don't drink enough water.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I've taking my Prilosec the last couple of days too.  Yesterday I took it twice.  I've been eating the same amount of food that I always do but my tummy is feeling empty and rumbling.  I even felt a little heartburn.

I don't blame you on the Reeses...I love those!!  Protein and Chocolate....LOL  A good excuse to eat to many!

10 Protein's probably not to bad for 50 calories if you enjoyed it.  Any sugars or carbs?

I put the Mint Cookie in my hot chocolate and I was disappointed too.

 Oh no... I haven't indulged in the chocolate - yet.  

I haven't been taking my Prevacid and have been doing fine.  I'll have to see tomorrow how it is.  I also know I've had liquids and slider foods today - so I know that doesn't help.  

I made like a chicken stew the other day and put it in containers to heat up.  Its like soup, doesn't really fill me up.  

I need to find some food for mornings that have something substantial to them.

I meant that I don't blame you for wanting him to put them in his office.  Even if I am the one to hide things and know where they are I do much better if I don't have to look at them.

 I felt "chunky" to me - perhaps it didn't mix well.  I know there's cookie pieces in it... that's ok when I have it in milk.. but in my coffee seemed strange.
