Forgot to weigh this morning, but yesterday was 133.  Think that's what I was last week too.  Saw 135 once this week - yikes!!  TOM coming up - hopefully it won't be too hard on me (weight wise).

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Good morning, I see your ladies weights and I'm just wondering how do you know if that weight is "real weight" or water weight , or just something you ate is heavy? I fluctuate right now up or down 7 pounds. Is it different after I get to a normal weight? Currently the scale runs my life. If its low ,I'm happy and might wear a short sleeve shirt, if its high, I have the baggy pants and sweaters out! yes even in summer.

Even with my weight fluctuations, my size stays pretty consistent. I am mindful that the scale can play mind games on you but how your clothes fit is a far better indication.

If the scale is running your life right now, put it away, hide it, throw it thru a window, etc...but get away from it...And go by the fit of your clothes and your measurements.

did see 127.6 this week. Its just that time of the month where the visitor shows up and I gain 5 pounds.

Not sure I believe the scale this morning. My eating hasn't been the best this week. I also need to get back to basics - up my protein, fluids and watch the carbs.....I know more exercise would make it all easier.

You are doing great...I have added 2 protein shakes a day and this morning was back down to 125 so it might be helping. Then again, it could just be daily fluctuations!
