Sunday Weigh In
Good luck Liz. I find my weight fluctuates much more during the summer, as I'm always in various states of hydration.
Last week: 125
This week: 124 (that's what I'm calling it). My surgeon's office had me at 121, which is only 3 lbs from being underweight, and I hadn't seen that at home at all. The week before, my surgeon's office had me at 125. So I'll go with the 124 which I'm seeing at home.

You're doing great...glad you didn't pop into underweight. :)
I sure hope so...I am drinking quite a bit more...made some lemonade (with splenda) because I was tired of iced tea at the moment. Plain water has never been my friend.

Gail...seems to be a trend among us...the further out we are, the HARDER it is.
Keep at it.

Tonya, you keep going! You've had an exceptionally hard week and slipping would be so easy. Kudos for you for keeping to plan.

I haven't been letting myself weigh much, as I could see myself becoming obsessed with the scales (as in my past) .
So, weight day of surgery (April 17, 12) : 198
Today : 172.6
Woo-Hoo...half-way there!!! I'm sure the 2nd half won't be as easy as the first 1/2 tho.
Just gonna keep on keeping on....
