Down 1 lb, 3  from the high of the week.

When I saw that 119 this week 2 mornings in a row, I did buck;le down.  Went back to tracking and added a 4th protein drink to the mix on most days.  It's working.  Back to my 116, headed to 114.

Good for you...

I was seriously slacking on the protein shakes...getting back to the today. Had one already after I had my coffee...and yes, I have tried putting protein in my coffee...I can't manage it so they have to be separate.

My weight has been all over the map this week

127 during the week
128 at surgeons office
134 this morning, and I've been on soft foods

The only thing I can think of is I have been eating a lot of watermelon.  I use a ton of salt when I eat it...so I'm guessing that has something to do with the fluctuation considering I have just now returned to solid food again.

I went up to 119 after a weekend of eating watermelon and I didn't have salt on it.  I've heard of folks dumping on watermelon.  I'm thinking that stuff is devil food.

If I remember correctly, it rates 100 on the glycemic index...at the very top.  Because I have been eating so little, I thought it would be harmless.  Well...guess not....
