Menus and Miles Sunday June 3rd

It would be so much fun to go shopping with someone.  DD loved to go shopping with me before I lost all of this weight and actually started looking for me clothes instead of her.  Now I do most of my shopping alone unless I follow them around.

I know nothing about the glass cooktops.  I think thats the kind DD wants for her new house. I didn't realize you needed special pans.

Really just stopping by to say "HI". Been eating on the run - so not too good. Still losing weight, but I know it will be short-lived. Will try and post menus again starting tomorrow, but it seems all I do is work and go to school.

So happy to see everyone doing well. Will have my menu tomorrow - today was junk!!!

So glad you stopped in!  I know it's hard when you are so busy.  Just remember when you grab things to go low carb because it will eventually catch up with you and it's not fun.
