I did GREAT at the grad party yesterday! I had 1 roast beef sandwich and passed up every dessert and snack food! They had chicken but it looked really greasy so the sandwich seemed like the best choice.

Met up with Jody at the tanning salon and then went shopping for a bit. Had to get back here and do some housework but have been resting for the last hour or so. Beautiful outside today.
