Menus and Miles Saturday June 2nd
Just got home from work. Was glad to see the scale move downward for the first time in weeks. Finally lost those stuborn 3 pounds I had been struggling with lately.

I'm going to try to head to the park for a walk later when it cools off some. even @ 6:30pm, it's still 90+ degrees here. blech, I hate hot weather.
