Totals that I can figure
calories 1071 which we know is much more because I have no idea how to count the bite of cobbler and fudge
carbs 30 before those things I don't know how to count
protein 141 this is probably pretty accurate.
I ccoked the cake in the wrong pan and had to move it, which of course necessitated eating a bite to be sure it was ok. It passed the test. I used a SF cake mix with 1 egg instead of 3 and 1/2c eggbeaters. the topping was blueberries from the garden, strawberries, peaches and SF strawberry jello. I don't know how to count it so I used the totals from angel food cake. I figure the friut makes up for the SF cake in carb count.
