WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

it's a beautiful day here, almost a little cool. Going to drive Poppy this morning, bake a SF cake and top with strawberries and peaches, blueberries too if there are enough ripe. Carriage club meeting this evening.

protein decaf coffee 35g
turkey sausage, eggs, cheese 20g
hamburger patty, salad 23g
piece of the cake for the dinner 1g
lemon tea protein 23g
turkey, salad, spoon of green bean casserole, desert 24g
protein shake 35g

Totals that I can figure
calories 1071 which we know is much more because I have no idea how to count the bite of cobbler and fudge
carbs 30 before those things I don't know how to count
protein 141 this is probably pretty accurate.

I ccoked the cake in the wrong pan and had to move it, which of course necessitated eating a bite to be sure it was ok. It passed the test. I used a SF cake mix with 1 egg instead of 3 and 1/2c eggbeaters. the topping was blueberries from the garden, strawberries, peaches and SF strawberry jello. I don't know how to count it so I used the totals from angel food cake. I figure the friut makes up for the SF cake in carb count.

The worse part of the whole thing is after telling me to bring desert, I would have much rather brought something else, there were tons of deserts and now I have almost the whole cake left.  It was good and sugar free but not calorie free.  Geeze.

Carpet hunting was not the best time.  They keep looking at cheap carpet and I just don't think it's the route to go.  OH, I'm not talking expensive carpeting but something that  will last 5 years compared to the 2 year ones they are looking at.  I can see cheaper in the bedrooms but not in the living room.  I guess they will live and learn.

Oh, reading your menu I just remembered I had half of a banana today.

B homemade Greek yogurt with fresh milk from my boyfriend's dairy.  It came out good, very creamy.  Also protein coffee.
