Ok, ok...I'll tone it down until you guys are more awake. lol

I feel pretty good this morning after recommitting to watch my carbs and do better job doing what I know I'm supposed to be doing. I don't see that much of a difference on the scale yet but I know it's coming. In general, I just feel better.

How are you guys doing that are working towards goals?

I think I'm going through something similar.  My body is telling me that I've gone too far outside the limits.  I'm getting back to my basics in eating and back to 3 days a week in vigorous exercise.

My scale isn't moving down yet, but I know it'll pay off.  I'm a little worried that my thyroid levels could be out of whack again.  I'm sleeping more, and that's usually a sign of a problem.  If that's the case, weight loss will be difficult.

It is a beautiful, cool morning here in the mountains.

This week is the first time in ages that I havent felt a lot
of hunger and it has been awesome. Also, after a hellish day
at work yesterday I had a great first date! We met for a hike
and am putting myself out there! This is a great feeling!

Have a great weekend everyone!

Good Morning Gina!  I've been up for hours reading "How to buy Carpet"...LOL.   Too many things to consider.  It's like buying a car....who do you trust?  Every sales person gives you another opinion.

I've went 2 days making good choices and avoiding sweets and chips.  I don't notice a difference yet but I know I'm on the right track.   I'm determined to fight the munchies this weekend!!!

I've had a couple of good days, logging my intake and adjusting my log as needed.  I saw a high this week of 119 which sent me into my current tailspin.  For the last 2 mornings, 117.  I want to get back to 115 but 117 is at least the top edge of my range.

No chocolate except protein in the house.  When DH suggested I get some when I went to the store, I assured him I would not and if he did, he had to hide it.  He laughed.  Nothing white (well, other than dairy).  No sugar.  Exercise each day.  I'm feeling good.

Carriage club meeting tonight is a pot luck.  I'll have to eat carefully all day because I know I will have to taste something I could do without.

It is absolutely beautiful here today.  It was in the low 60's this morning.  I got up and did my long run and feel wonderful.  I love it in the mornings.  If I could retire now - I could run every morning-LOL!!

DH and I are going to see his aunt in the nursing home today.  She is suppose to have her hopefully final knee surgery in a couple of week and maybe be back to her home in about 3-4 week.  I know she is ready to be home.

I did not get to visit my friends at the nursing home this week, it was so crazy at work.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Just feeling very grateful .   Weight wise im letting myself gain so I can get a ( meaningful and effective ) DS .

In a large sense it REALLY SUX-  i feel unattractive, unable to breathe and unhealthy .

I WISH i was strong enough to keep the regain off alone with just my mini RNY   but I know its not really possible .
