Did you see any tornadoes?  One touched down in my son-in-laws home town about an hour from us.  We got a lot of wind and rain but nothing scarey.

Good Menu!  I'm going to buy some carrots this week. I think I need more fiber.  The Colace isn't working anymore and straining is started to take it's toll on my tummy.

I think they were east of us and I haven't heard of any terrible damage, thank goodness.

B protein coffee, homemade quark with sf pudding mix.  I thought it sounded interesting so I made some.  Very easy but I prefer the taste of my homemade Greek yogurt.  I made a batch yesterday with milk from my boyfriend's dairy so I'll see how it tastes tomorrow.

I remember going to a local farm for milk.  I'm not a milk drinker at all but I remember it was really strong.   I hope your yogurt tastes as good as you have imagined it!

The Greek yogurt came out pretty good.  Of course I add a lot of Splenda and sf pudding mix so who knows how it really tastes?
Weight is stable, around 105 for the last few weeks since I went off the Gabapentin.  Not hearing anyone tell me how sick I look so I'm doing okay.

Hi y'all, first time visiting the lightweight board. Recently found myself up 3 pounds and holding steady so I figured I better get back on this horse before it gets way out of control.
East for today:
Breakfast protein shake

lunch greek yogurt & kashi cereal

dinner tuna salad

Welcome!!! You re doing it right!! It's best to get those 3 lbs. under control before they become 5! You are still in the honeymoon phase so you shouldn't have any problem getting them off. You just need to figure out what put those extra pounds on. When you get to the maintenace phase it is much easier to gain and much harder to drop those extra pounds.

I have 4 I'm working on right now. I usually don't eat carbs and recently I've let a few chips and sweets back into my routine and I've got to get rid of them!
