need a dessert

I have to take a dessert to the Carriage club meeting tomorrow night. I usually do a trifle and that would be fine, with fresh fruit, SF pudding and low fat or no sugar whipped topping, SF cake. But I've done that a lot lately and would love something else. Any thoughts?

There's a lot to choose from - now me, I'd go for the fewest ingredients type, but that's just me... don't like to buy nor spend a lot of time making concoctions.

If you can't find something from Jody's link, how about a cheese cake. We used to have a good recipe for that on here somewhere. If you are interested, I'll see if I can find it. Just let me know.

Make a blueberry jello salad w sweet cream cheese on top. It's awesome!!! In a 9x13 use 3 c blueberries and Splenda to sweeten, mix a large s/f raspberry jello w water and pour on top. Then take 2 ff or red fat cream cheese blocks and sweeten w 1/3 or 1/4 c Splenda & add 2T vanilla --beat it good and top your jello once set. So good!!! You may not need all the cream cheese mix save what you don't use and make a S/f dirty pudding less the dirt!!!!

Thanks Meg. I'm going to have to try this myself. We are fixing to have fresh blueberries and I always need something to do with them.

I used to do a full fat and sugar version of this but I think it had pineapple in it also. It was great.
