I need to get the stuff to fix some more pizza chips this weekend.

S: Decaf Coffee w/ German Chocolate Cake SF Syrup & Fat Free Whip Cream
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L: 3/4 of Cracker Barrel Chef Salad w/ Peppercorn Dress(very small amount)
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
Pre Exercise: 1/2 Graham Cracker w/ reduced fat peanut butter
D: Seasoned Talapia Filet
S: Chocolate Truffle Protein Drink w/ German Chocolate Cake SF Syrup & fat free whip cream
Vitamins: Done
Water/Fluids: 110 ozs.
Miles: 20 minutes of strength workout on Wii Fit
