WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!
I'm going to be Grandma again (#7)! We got to see the babies heartbeat and DD and I were both in tears! This past year with the tubal and then the miscarriage have been really hard on her.
I want to thank everyone for your kind words and support!!! I woke up this morning hopeful that I can get these 4 pounds off! I don't want to be at the top of my Normal BMI!!! If I start doing everything right and the pounds stick around I'm Ok with that but I need to try. I'm going to be very truthful on my Menus and I would appreciate any feed back you have to offer. I have a few habits that I need to break. 1. Drinking when I eat 2. Not being able to walk past the potato chips without taking a few 3. Addicted to sweets 4. Not updating my menus.

Added in my snack. The blueberries are coming in and I can't ignor them, especially when they are free outside my door. I have to find a way to have 1/2c a day. Plus they are so good for you.

I have to be successful because to many people including my brother told me I was wasting my time and money on a surgery that wouldn't work. They told me one failure story after another. I have to be the success story that they share instead.
Good totals!

B: coffee (I know I know I know)
L: was at an all day math meeting and we went out for lunch - tried eggplant parm... well, it wasn't a good choice for me because it just wouldn't stay down.
D: Playing it on the safe side and doing a protein shake to see if I can get it to go down
vitamin: done
water: only 51 ounces (so far)
exercise: just cleaned the house and ran up and down the steps a hundred times doing laundry and running out to pack the camper before we take off for the weekend - nothing formal but it is good enough for right now
I can't wait for school to be over so I can have a few minutes to think and relax!
