I have been working at losing as much as I can before surgery, and this morning, 199.8. Yes, I have hit onederland. One of my goals was to hit it before surgery. I haven't seen a number on the scale that low in a long, long time. Thanks to all of you out there who are a big encouragement to me. Your words of wisdom help me stay focused.
