I've been trying to walk at work.  I can only get 1 in but it is a great stress reliever.

Been eating pretty much the same on normal days.  On days I go out of course it varies but i am back to eating pretty comfortably.
 
B Greek yogurt with pudding mix and a little milk.  I've been making it myself and it is very thick.  I think I've been letting it drain too long.  I start with about 2 quarts of milk and by the time I am done I have about 3 servings.  It's not too cost effective when I do it that way.  I do like the flavor, though.  It is a bit more mild and less tart.  Very easy to make, too.  Just not saving much money.  I'm trying to get my boyfriend to bring me some of his raw milk (he has a dairy farm) to make it.  I heard it's supposed to be real good that way plus cheap. 
I also had my protein coffee.

L Marrakesh chicken that i make in the crock pot.  I have a lot left in the freezer.  Strawberries and Nut Thins.

D Taco casserole with a tostado and sour cream.

S Vanilla egg custard.  I make with a cup of milk and an egg and it comes out yummy.  I'm almost out of protein powder until payday so I am trying to get protein from food as much as I can.

S Maybe some sugar free candy if I get to the store.  Maybe popcorn if not.
