S. oikos w simply fruit. Thought I could save carbs by getting plain and putting in some simply fruit. Not today! 2 T on didn't do it the other day either. May have to go savory w salsa & some shredded cheddar????

I'm Praying for BORING!!!!!  Only boredom makes me want to eat but on the other hand so does stress...LOL.

I hate plain yogurt so I doctor mine up too. I always use SF pudding powder in mine.  Salsa and cheese sounds really good too.  I might have to try that.

Sometimes I add fruit, strawberries or blueberries but I have to add a bunch of sweetner and/or SF syurp.  I have added vanilla or fuzzy navel protein if I don't have fruit to put in it.  I just never seem to feel satisfied at all or not for long when I do yogurt.

Ground drove Poppy and Chili this morning so they got exercise and I did too. Vet is coming this afternoon to do the ponies teeth and check Chili. I think he is lame.

food so far today, so good. I've started my tracker and I am doing fine. Just to keep it up now.

I think I'm going to try to keep my calories around 1100 and see what happens.

The last couple of weeks I've been tracking my intake on the days that I work when I seem to have more control.  I try to stay under 1300 but my Protein drinks take up a lot of that. 

It sounds like a good plan Price!  Good Totals!

Crazy busy weekend followed by a crazy busy Tuesday... just sitting down to check in!

B:  hard boiled egg
L:  one ham and cheese roll up and one turkey and cheese roll up and 6 olives
D:  some cauliflower since my DH just brought in a head of it and maybe chicken - it too hot to eat

Vitamin - done
Water - 100 oz
Exercise - (slacker here) but I am getting ready to power wash the deck

HOT here - finally broke down and turned the A/C on.  I didn't sleep well last night because of the heat/humidity. 

Started off good - with good intentions but...

B - protein coffee
L - steak quesadilla - yes  ate about 2/3 of the tortilla
S - a beer
D - I plan on having a double protein drink - especially after the quesadilla

Vits:  not yet
Water:  low... - need to make some decaf ice tea

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
