Take some time and enjoy the Spring. Go for walks and watch for the baby animals and birds. :)  It's very relaxing and likely to put a smile on your face. Also, today is the day to remember the military and their families who have paid for our freedom with the ultimate sacrifice. I hope you enjoy your day today.
Keep the folks in northeastern Florida and southeastern Georgia in your thoughts this week--they are likely to be facing heavy flooding and power outages from the storm.

Y'all have a nice Memorial Day.

Thanks to all the folks who have served and given their lives so we can have the world we have here.

Poppy and I did see a deer in the woods when we were driving the trails yesterday but I can find a bunny around here any time. I forget the rest of the world doesn't live like I do although you can find deer in most cities these days and in downtown Berea (sub of Cleveland) my DD has a horrible time with skunks. We have taken their space and they are paying us back.

Quiet day at home. the guys are playing golf and I am driving Chili. Not much else. Maybe a walk with the fat JRT.

What a great sacrifice people make for our rights.  Thank you all so very much and thanks to the familes that support them and love them.

We have 4 baby birds in our bird house on our front porch.  The mother bird brings in food for them.  DGD's and several of us sat very quitely on the other end of the porch yesterday and watched as she came in a fed them.  It was quite awesome and the girls loved it.  The little birds got to chirping so loud we could hear them.  Their little necks are so long and they opened their little mouths, it was quite a site to see.    It is nice to stop and watch great things in the world.

My parents are going home in the mornings and I have to go back to work so we are enjoying the day together today.

Oh my - I saw the post title, and all I could think about was DH and DB, after being over served, standing under the bow of the boat and singing "Kill da wabbit, kill da wabbit!" while his wife and I tried to keep from rolling off the bow from laughing so hard!

Thanks to all the service people - they deserve so much more than we give them!

Oh, you should have heard them, loudly "shushing" each other.  They were entertaining all the neighbors!  I'm glad they get along - it's nice to have family enjoy family.  Too often that doesn't happen.
