Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Hope you are all enjoying the weekend.  We cooked hot dogs over a fire last night and the little ones had a great time.  Everyone  made smores and I had a mountain pie with NSA cherry pie filling.  It was delicious.   Trying to get moving so we s aren't late for church but my mind keeps saying relax.....willpower!  Enjoy!

2nd B - bacon, scrambled egg w/sausage, and 1/2 protein coffee (15g)

I complain about not having enough time to relax and read but I'm betting when DD#3 and family moves out I'm going to be wishing for company.

Just got home from my SC trip.  Drove Poppy this morning on beautiful trails then after lunch and a great visit with friends, headed home.  food has been off but I kept my protein and fluids up.
