You're right...patterns are important.  Now that I'm in maintenance, I've never looked for patterns in my fluctuations or when the pounds come off more easily than other times...assuming I'm following my plan.  I need to think about this.  I'm post menopausal, do I don't have that issue, but I need to look at this.

I'm with you Liz.  Not a good week, atleast you had a reasonable excuse!!  I have none except I ate a lot of watermelon and cantaloupe....

I ADORE watermelon and cantaloupe...goes right thru me since it's mostly water but I love it.

Okay, so up this week...at least it is manageable and correctable.

I'm frustrated b/c this week not much wt loss and gain last week :(  What am I doing wrong.  This is my first gain and stall since surgery 11/7.  I guess I should be thankful, but I could just cry !!

Mandy, don't panic...you still lost over 1/2 lb. I had one month where I gained a lb before dropping again. Also, even if you only lose 1/2 lb a week, that is still 2 lbs in a month.

Question, do you take measurements? It's often a case of not losing weight but still losing inches.

I do take measurements.  I measured today and have lost some inches.  The scale just plays head games with me :(

I do too...but this morning, I was down .4 lbs so it IS getting there.
