You're right...patterns are important. Now that I'm in maintenance, I've never looked for patterns in my fluctuations or when the pounds come off more easily than other times...assuming I'm following my plan. I need to think about this. I'm post menopausal, do I don't have that issue, but I need to look at this.
Okay, so up this week...at least it is manageable and correctable.

Question, do you take measurements? It's often a case of not losing weight but still losing inches.
