I need to start recording my weight because I can never remember from one week to the next...

I mark my weight on a calendar, so that I see trends and look back to where I was a week, month, 6 months ago. Helps me to catch trends. Some people use spread sheets.

That is a great idea...especially for catching trends that may be causing gain/loss.  I' think I'm going to make a spreadsheet.  Thanks

I have a little notebook in the bathroom and every morning I record my weight and body fat %.  It helps keep me accountable and the bonus is I can look back at every day for practically the last 2 years and see what my weight was.  I like it because, along with my clothes, it exciting to see my weight staying pretty stable month after month.
