I have a little notebook in the bathroom and every morning I record my weight and body fat %. It helps keep me accountable and the bonus is I can look back at every day for practically the last 2 years and see what my weight was. I like it because, along with my clothes, it exciting to see my weight staying pretty stable month after month.
