Last week: 158
This week: 156.5

Seems I'm staying pretty consistent with 1.5 - 2 lbs a week. I'm good with that...hopefully it will help my skin catch up.....where did all of these wrinkles come from!

I had to go shopping again too! I'm on my second belt (with extra hole*****hed in). I hadn't worn one in at least 20 years. Bought 2 pairs of pants - hope no one notices I'm wearing the same ones over and over. Now to find some new bras.... YAY!!!

Over all - I'll take this kind of week!

Same place MY wrinkles came from...looks almost like I'm a Shar-Pei.

Good going, Gwen and good luck bra hunting.

Last week 103
This week 105.2
Total change + 2.2
Not a big deal since last week was a big and most likely artificial loss, I think something like 4 lbs.  And I had popcorn with salt yesterday, which I haven't had for a while.  It's funny, I am only up 5 or so pounds from my lowest when everyone thought I looked sick but now people are telling me how good I look.  Makes me feel a lot better although I would still like my face to fill out more.  I wish I could afford fillers or better yet fat injections in my face.  Who would have ever thought I would want fat injected in me, lol.

Do you really think those few pounds make a difference in how your look in your face?  I had the same thing happen to me.  A relative told me I looked so much better when she saw me  the 2nd time since having surgery versus the first.  I was only maybe 3 or 4 pounds heavier.  I wonder if I truly do not see what others see.  Maybe I was extra tired when she saw me the first time.

I think that as time goes on, even if there isn't a weight gain, many people report being told they look better.  Large weight loss, especially on "women of age" tends to make our faces look gaunt and drawn.  I heard that after a while the fat redistributes and helps us look healthier.
All I know is that for months even complete strangers were making comments on how thin I was and friends were concerned about my health.  Now no one comments on my appearance except a few have mentioned that I look healthier.  I'll take it as I was becoming very self conscious about my appearance for a while.  I do have a hard time believing that I could really look good at this weight, though.  In my 30's I managed to keep my weight around 118 for a time and even then people thought I was too thin.  I'm not making any efforts to gain weight but if I do bounce up even 10 lbs I am sure I would look a lot better.

those will be gone by next week, I bet, Liz.

Yep, Taz, at 111 everyone thought I had lost way too much weight but at 116, I am fine.  Amazing.  Why didn't we see that change before?

I was 116 last week
117 this week on different scales since I was out of town.  I'll take it.
