Menus and Miles Friday May 25th
Posting a day late-been crazy busy! Interestingly, I have been tolerating more foods lately. I'm glad because chicken salad and beans are getting old!
B: 2 protein coffees. 28 g
S: protein drink. 23 g
L: potato, ham cheese casserole. 11 g. (don't worry it was a special treat not a regular thing)
D: 1/4 Royal Red Robin burger. No fries! 15 g
S: handful of pistachios. 6 g
S: sweet freedom ice cream bar. 2 g.
I've noticed that I don't crave sweets at all. I bought a box of sweet freedom ice cream bars a month ago and I've had 2! I can't eat pasta or rice at all; they make me sick. (except shiratake noodles. They are ok in moderation). I can eat potatoes but limit myself to a small portion 2 or 3 times a month.

I wish I didn't have a problem with sweets. Before WLS I loved banana flips and there is NO WAY I would ever go out and buy one. DH is always buying sweets when we stop at a gas station etc. but I never even take a bite but if they are in the house or at a party it is a big struggle.
