Drove Poppy this morning then washed her carriage and harness and got the trailer packed.  Making a desert  to take for dinner tomorrow night.  Chocolate SF cake, chocolate SF pudding with FF cream cheese over that, then SF cherry pie filling on top of that.  Should be good.

DH was making a smoothy after going to the gym a couple of days ago and I had him put some vanilla protein in it.  Then I had him taste my caribean cooler.  So when I got home today, he was helping himself to my protein.  Actually, it is a lot better for him that most of the stuff he eats so I didn't complain.  I can see my protein bill going up however.

Funny story about your DH. My DH is always drinking something (soda, milk, water)  wouldn't want to pay that bill...LOL  I put my DH on a diet and it isn't going so well.

Just getting a chance to get on line today.  I had more to do off today than I do when I work!!

egg white scramble with fat free half n half and smoked cheese

yogurt grabbed on the go

2 chai tesa w fat free half and half (skeeved protein shake for some reason)

scallops in white clam /creamy garlic sauce w butter buds n fat free half n half and whole wheat rotini and fresh corn.

2 glasses red wine n fresh mango  also  spoonfuls of fresh salsa

maybe popcorn if i get hungry

exercise  watering and planting - massive project
