DH was making a smoothy after going to the gym a couple of days ago and I had him put some vanilla protein in it. Then I had him taste my caribean cooler. So when I got home today, he was helping himself to my protein. Actually, it is a lot better for him that most of the stuff he eats so I didn't complain. I can see my protein bill going up however.

2 chai tesa w fat free half and half (skeeved protein shake for some reason)
scallops in white clam /creamy garlic sauce w butter buds n fat free half n half and whole wheat rotini and fresh corn.
2 glasses red wine n fresh mango also spoonfuls of fresh salsa
maybe popcorn if i get hungry
exercise watering and planting - massive project
