I read the entries about the amount of protein in your protein coffee and wondered what powered protein that you are using to get the large amounts in at one time.  Thanks

I use a scoop and a half to get to 35g.  That acts as creamer for 2 16oz decaf coffees.  Mostly I use Syntrax Matrix chocolate or mint cookie.  I have vanilla almond Designer Whey now and sometimes I use that and a splash of vanilla cinnamon SF syurp.  Any chocolate or any other flavor you like will work.  I mix the powder into a small glass of warm water, about 1/2 c, Then use that as a creamer.

Thanks for the information.  That makes it a lot easier to get in the protein. Martha

I use the Syntrax Nectar Cappuccino and I only do 1 scoop.  I think it is around 23 grams of protein.  With 3-4 of these a day it really helps with the protein totals.
