WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!
I was absoultely starving yesterday! I don't know if it's because I didn't start the M&M post so I thought I wasn't accountable or because my day started early because I had to go to a training and my day was all out of whack. Either way I didn't like the churning in my tummy and Protein drinks did not make it feel satisfied.
Not Planning Snacks ahead of time seems to be helping.
Protein: Matrix Mint Cookie 35g
Lunch: 2 Pizza Chips, 2 Strawberries, 1 Cheese Stick
Protein: Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Dinner: Saurkraut and pork....DD is probably complaining about the smell...LOL

I hate those days when I am hungry all day but even more, I hate the days when I eat all day, hungry or not.
I had a good lesson with Chili this morning and have gotten some work done. the fat JRT and I walked the circle, 1 mile at a rapid pace. He pulled me the 1st half but I thought I was going to have to carry him up the driveway he was so pooped. I've also gotten all my books balanced, wahoo.

Today is my Friday - I'm off tomorrow. My parents are coming for the long weekend and DGD's are coming for a spend the night party Saturday night. I need to go grocery shopping tomorrow. Sunday we are having my SIL's birthday dinner. Busy weekend.
