OT If One Is Good...

Two is better.  I wanted this cat originally, mainly because I had my heart set on a boy so I could call him Larry.  Larry was the name of my favorite cat.  Anyway, I was planning on getting him as soon as he was 6 weeks because the owner said her roommate was going to take the kittens to the shelter as soon as they turned 6 weeks.  But when I tried to contact her she didn't return my calls, texts or emails so we went and got Ruby instead.  And then last night she texted me to see if I wanted him before they took him to the shelter and I couldn't say no.  Him and Ruby look simalar, like they could be from the same litter.  They are getting along good although Ruby is a little more agressive then he is right now.  The dogs have taken to him, too.  I told my daughter we are one animal away from being on TLC.
Doesn't he have the prettiest eyes?

You are right, kitties should come in 2s.  I have a sweatshirt that says one horse away from being the crazy horse lady.  I understand.

And his eyes are wonderful.

Love Kitties!  But I've always said "one cat is one cat - 2 cats are like 3 cats" - mine would just tear the place up racing around and playing!

Beautiful eyes!

Adorable....we have ferel cats behind our house.  One of the kittens, about 3 weeks old, got separated from the liter.  Its eyes were closed shut with infection, it was the runt and was probably in danger of not living.  Anyway...it is gray too.  We took and have been bottle feeding the kitten.  We cannot keep it because my daughter has 3...she moved back home when she lost her job of 11 years. The entire staff was laid off, and that office was closed.  Anyway...we are great animal lovers...thank you for saving a special little guy.

AWWW, Tazz, he's adorable. Kittens should always come in pairs so they have someone their age to play with.

As for Ruby being a bit more aggressive...two reasons come to mine, one, she is more comfortable in her situation having been there a bit already or two) some males are just more laid back...an example is the male in my avatar...most laid back cat we've had!
