I feel great!
I think sometimes helps others to hear from someone new rather than those of us who hang out here. I have also found that I do better when I encourage others.

Glad you are doing better and you did not have an unnecessary surgery.
If you don't like Greek Yogurt plain, try buying the plain but put crystal lite sticks in it. It changes it so much and is really good. Or you can put SF pudding mixes in it with a little splenda(or other sweetner). There is so much you can do to it to change the taste and still get the protein benefits from it.
Good luck.

Koko - I'm not a fan of plain greek yogurt either - but there's way's to "dress it up". I make a greek yogurt cheesecake with it. Greek yogurt, some LF/NSA cheesecake pudding and no sugar added cherry pie filling - yum and very filling. For a little treat I'll put some crushed graham cracker crumbs on it.
Something else I do if I'm lazy is just mix no sugar added preserves (your choice of flavor) with it. Takes the "glue" flavor away!
Glad you found a Dr that listened to you and you're feeling better - what a great feeling!
