Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

I need someone to start the post tomorrow (Wednesday) because I have trainings early in the morning. Any Volunteers.....

I'm going to stop listing "snack" on my menu for awhile and just filling it in when I have one and see how it goes. I've noticed that I'm having a snack just because it's listed...like "fill in the blanks"...LOL I need to start listening to my body more and stop the mindless eating.

exercise:  Called doctor about foot and he said to stay off of it as much as possible until he sees me next Thursday.  I am fearing another cortisone shot.

I'm thinking I need a shot in my foot. I kills me to drive anymore.

Sorry, I don't have any ideas for dinner. I can't even figure out what I'm going to have and I get off of work in about 20 minutes.

Great...Thanks Linda!  I hate to ak people.  It's just an informational meeting telling us about all of the community resourses for low income families.  It is amazing how much is out there and so many people don't even know about it.

Drove Chili this morning, paperwork, meeting, then to the pool.  Today I doubled what I had done before and did 12 laps, then my hot tub exercises. 

decaf protein coffee  35g
egg, spinach, cheese
chicken, spinach salad
fuzzy navel protein  23 g
cheese toast made with low carb wrap
steak, salad
protein shake  35g

I didn't have enough fuzzy navel so I added a tube of Crystal light and unflavored protein.  Not so good.  but I drank it, I'm too cheap to throw it away.  Now I just have chocolate, vanilla and mint cookie until my order comes.  Hopefully soon.

I don't like the fuzzy navel so I would have to Dr. it up.  When I ran out all I had was chocolate left and even though I really like it I dreaded drinking it 4 times a day.
