Good Morning Gina, Iowa has a Bald Eagle cam in Dacora and they hatched already. I am working on my sons Subaru to replace the wheel bearing ..getting the part back from the machine shop and will put it on today if it is ready. Have a great day!

Morning Gina...

                          I've got a day planned doing errands that I cant put off my longer...Yesterday my DH and I were enjoying our back yard and I saw a humming bird looking for food, so today I want to buy a humming bird feeder to put on our deck!!  I find those little birds so interesting!!  Besides errands Im going to walk walk walk with the new walking shoes my DH bought me over the weekend!!  Have a wonderful day Everyone!!

I can'****ch the video until this evening because I can't have the sound up but I can't wait!  I love hummingbirds and DH loves Finch's.  We could sit all day and watch birds.  On Mother's Day a Mother Robin threw 2 of her babies out of the nest and my Oldest Granddaughter was devastated.  One died right away but the other one survived several days with the aide of my DGD.  She fed it from a dropper and didn't sleep all nigh****ching over it.

The bird stories are great.  I love looking at the birds at our feeders.  We get lots of goldfinches, woodpeckers, robins, cardinals, blue jays, and an occasional migrating bird.

I'm trying to get ready for a brief trip to Vermont, then over to Boston to pick up DS from college.  He'll be home for 4 days, then he's off to a summer internship.  DD is here from Michigan, and returns to her home tomorrow.  It's fun when all the family is around.

We love watching the birds.  We have a bird house on our front porch and each spring/summer birds lay eggs and care for them.  Some have already hatched this year, unfortunately one fell out and died.  There are more eggs in it now.  DGD's love to look at the eggs and baby birds.

Working today.  Going to be a long day, we have a council meeting tonight we have to attend to request more money for next year.  This has been a begging year for us due to health insurance and retirement increases going sky high!!  If we don't get funded, we will probably have to make cuts in staffing some places because we simply don't have the extra money.

Going to visit the nursing home at lunch today and taking 2 wedding gifts to someone for 2 showers I can't attend this weekend.
