How about simple exercise Lady tazz ?
I KNOW  this is a cause of neck pain that very few of us consider ...  but the 100lbs plus of excess preop weight makes us hunch our backs into an S shape ...  and years of this posture results in the foreshortening of our  neck tendons (  that go underneath the ear  from the collarbone )

you can feel these yourself .

If they ( as I predict )  feel like IRON CABLES  holding up the Brooklyn Bridge lol .... ( as opposed to gentle , flexible  , non painful supports ) .. U now KNOW the source of Ur pain.

that doesnt mean its easy to efect a non- gradual non -painful improvement .

Basically what I foumd works is to rub the pained area ( the cables )  every time U can stand ...particularly around the ears where  the flexible and growable tendons insert into the bone ...

take hot yoga   to actually and significantly  improve the posture ..

and then keep rubbing  the cables to lengthen them

thats whats REALLY  going on .... Ur neck is  finally coming out of its turtle shell.  U will no longer have the  telltale " turtle " posture giveaway of WLS a la Star Jones ...

good luck, Beautiful
