Ok, let's sign a pact that we will minimize our carbs, get at least 100 grams of protein, take all our vitamins, increase fluids and get a little exercise every day this week. Is that too hard? I think we can do it.

Just work.  Woke up at 3:15 and didn't get back to sleep so I'm sure that tonight will be an early night for me.  With the rain - that works!  Actually a nap right now sounds good.... but they frown on it at the desk.

I'm in, sounds like a plan.

I have been trying to drive a pony each day and get some exercise for me in too.  With work, that seems hard some days.  But yesterday I drove Poppy and ponied Chili so I got 2 done in the time of 1.  Can't do that each day but occasionally, it works. 

Meetings this morning and pretty much all week.  Otherwise, ponies, exercise and paperwork.

That sounds like a great idea.  DH is out of town.  Meals are not a event without him.  It is much easier to de-carb without him. 

I've got a follow-up with my plastic surgeon today ... 3 month check-in.  My work schedule is maxed out.  After work, I'm going to the movies with my friend.  We're going to see The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel.  The cast is full of great names. I'm pretty excited to see it.

My to do list includes day surgery this morning...I'm getting the wires (arch bars) off today. They are also clipping a post that is too high and pokes up above "bone level" and is very sensitive.

Then I am on a liquid/very soft food diet for about a week to let my gums heal.

Count me in.

Working only 4 days this week.  I took Friday off and the next Monday is a holiday so I will have a very long weekend!!  My parents are coming for the weekend and DD's are coming for a spend the night party Saturday.

I was going to run this afternoon, but remembered we have a board meeting this afternoon.  Tomorrow is out because we have to attend a City County meeting to ask for more money for one of our libraries for next year.  So somewhere in all this I need to get a run in.

Okay, count me in, this is going to be a challenge for me! My sister and her family are coming in for 3 days so this will be a test of my new eating style, not that she isn't supportive, but things always get crazed with company, not to mention a new job, and juggling a kiddo and life. I am going to commit to at least 75 grams of protein and will try for 100. I haven't been eating 100. The little bit of exercise everyday will be good for me. I haven't been getting hardly any, so I'm going to commit to at least 15 min every day. How hard can that be right? Rain or shine. The forecast has gone back to rain and in the 50's for Seattle. We should have done this last week when it was gorgeous. LOL

I got my ass handed to me by a two year old and a three year old.  They killed me.  My animals are traumtized and I feel like I could sleep for a week.  I couldn't fall asleep at all last night.  My new sleeping medicine is useless.  I should sleep good tonight though.
